Warranty

Technochair products are warranted against mechanical or structural failure due to defective material, workmanship or abnormal wear for up to 5 years. This warranty is not devalued if chairs are used for multi-shift or 24-hour use. We undertake to repair or replace any structural part which proves to be faulty, when used under normal conditions, provided it is returned to our works, carriage paid, within five years of manufacture.

All Technochair products are designed to be of high quality and robust and serve the customer for a long period of use. As a principle therefore, it is expected that users will treat the products appropriately as a product of value to them. This warranty will be invalid if damage results for careless or incorrect use.

General wear and tear must be recognised by the user and any replacement pf parts required will be charged on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the life expectancy detailed above.

It is recommended in accordance with this warranty that all seating products are inspected on a minimum of a yearly basis to ensure the comfort and safety of the user and to maintain the performance of the chair.
